Anyone else questioning why elected officials would not want to fund insfrastructure improvements in Kentucky and for that matter nationwide?

were God awful votes considering how bad the infrastructure is in Kentucky. Especially true when you consider the thousands still without power because of a natural storm. Why would elected officials like McConnell not want to see the infrastructure improved? It has nothing to do with POLITICS... right? Does anyone feel like a freezing pawn? If so contact these partisan fools and let them know it!
